Kudos to Crosley Furniture
To my surprise, this island/cart came one day ahead of schedule. It was packaged so well, I had alot of packaging material to dispose of. Regardless of what anyone else says, my husband and I had no trouble putting it together. The parts were all lettered and numbered and the directions were easy to read. Our only problem was my hurry to get it together. I put the right hand door on the left side and then could not get it off. I called the company and Jeff answered. He was very polite and helpful. He stayed on the phone with me and told me how to remove the door but I damaged the door in removing it. He told me not to worry he would send me a new door and I would receive it the following Wednesday or Thursday. Sure enough the door came today and again packaged so well there was enough bubblewrap to wrap up my 5' 6" grandson. The island is perfect for me and everyone who sees it likes it.
