Twin Bunk Bed
I ordered this bed on March 5th and it wasn't complete until April 3rd, and even then I was not completely satisfied with my purchase.
First, there is the unreliable delivery service they used (Yellow). They called to schedule a delivery, and the day comes and goes without anything. They claimed they stopped by but did not bother to walk up 9 little steps to ring my doorbell on the 2nd floor. Their excuse is that they only do curbside deliveries. How about a phone call? How am I supposed to receive my order when no one contacts me? And when I called the delivery center, they had the audacity to give me an attitude like I'm supposed to be telepathic and know when the driver is there. By the way, the times they gave me were 9AM-4PM, their first attempt was at 6:30PM.
So, they rescheduled for 3 days later since they're closed on weekends. On Monday, they came again past 6:00PM even though the time frame is supposed to be 9AM-4PM again. Great, another day wasted...
