Most uncomfortable chair

This chair looks really nice. Shipping was easy and came when seller said. But.... This chair is the most uncomfortable chair to sit in. No cushioning, hard as rock seat. Swivel base makes a lot of noise when swiveling. Large item, I broke the box all up when opening. I'm not returning item to much trouble but not having this chair in my family room. Will be put in basement for kids to sit in.
