Defective item - seller refuses to replace or provide part

Had the chair for only 5 months and the bracket that holds the front leg broke. I only weigh 130 pounds so it certainly was not due to excessive weight. I contacted the seller and asked if they could replace or send a replacement part. They said it was over 90 days so they would not do anything. I just threw my money out the window by buying a defective chair. I will never buy anything from this merchant and I caution anybody else. Tammy Ross
